Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator/Runner Intern plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative functions and operational efficiency of the office. This position works closely with multiple departments, primarily Accounting and HR, to assist with clerical tasks, maintain office equipment and supplies, and contribute to the overall organization and upkeep of shared workspaces. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

Requirements

  • Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Receivable Analyst, including preparing and distributing time-sensitive monthly correspondence.
  • Copy, mail, and document accounting late letters as directed.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Input data into spreadsheets and company databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update employee asset lists and assist with related tracking responsibilities.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and the file room.
  • Support the HR Manager with onboarding tasks, including new hire office/cubicle setup and supply stocking.
  • Monitor, stock, and ensure proper functioning of copiers, printers, fax machines, and other common office equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance for printers, copiers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Track inventory and manage recycling for ink and toner supplies.
  • Restock kitchen, coffee stations, and other shared areas as needed.
  • Perform business-related errands and deliveries for office personnel.
