Job Purpose This position will support our Accounts Payable team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville. This is a paid, full- time internship. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Process invoices, review purchase orders, aged payments, financial postings, analyze trends while gaining knowledge of transactional processes Gather vendor information to explore discount options and payment terms that could lead to future savings Develop analytical skills and hands on experience with financial postings Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment Work alongside and be coached by members of your team Engage with leaders across the company

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
