Responsibilities

  • Obtaining serial #'s for all fixed assets. This requires retrieving invoices to identify the relevant serial #. Invoices are located in multiple locations depending on the year and system. This includes Bill.com, Oracle and Coupa.
  • Reconciling the serial # from the invoice to the Oracle fixed asset ledger. Currently the Oracle ledger does not include the serial #'s.
  • Reconciling the Oracle asset # to the physical counts performed by CloudBrothers at data centers located in Reston, Sommerville, Las Vegas, LA and Seattle.
  • Reconciling the CloudBrothers count to Device42 which is used by AM-IT to confirm if network equipment is active on the network.
  • Validating all transfers and disposals of assets to data transfer/destruction certificates.
