Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • 1+ years of experience creating Power BI reporting using Dataverse and SharePoint data points
  • 1+ years of designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience building Power Automated flows, PowerApps and Power BI
  • Experience with deploying solutions to a DEV, TST and Production environment
  • Experience with Power Platform COE and Copilot Agents
  • Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform administration
  • Strong Knowledge working with permissions, groups, and site governance in SharePoint online
  • Experience working with SDLC methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Build solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Copilot Agents
  • Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to associates
  • Be a subject matter expert in developing and creating Power BI reports
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience
  • Inspirational adoption of new features through Publix approved Microsoft 365 applications with web documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events
