Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IS Infrastructure Operations team in the role of Information Services Intermediate Business Analyst. Acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements under moderate level of guidance and direction. Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements, and work collaboratively with the development team to recommend solution alternatives. Assists in the preparation of communications and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Solves moderately complex problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines. This is a hybrid role with occasional onsite expectations at Revenue Cycle- Shadeland Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. This role supports our service desk in evaluating call volume, ticket volume, and analysis of trends as they come in. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a ticketing system, process improvement, and nice to have call center experience. Key Relationships Reports to : Information Services Director Key Relationships : End User Computing Team, Networking Team, Field Services Support Team, Regional Support Teams Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience required. Requires experience in single business area and application (package and custom). Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, Finance). Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word). Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions. Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
