Requirements

2+ years of experience in interior design or home staging.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and staging work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.

Create innovative design concepts and staging plans for residential properties.
Select and source furniture, decor, and accessories that align with client goals.
Execute staging projects on-site, ensuring timely and efficient setups.
Stay updated on design trends and market demands to provide expert advice.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing staged properties through photos and social media.
