The Marketing Project Manager collaborates closely with the creative team and customers to ensure that the design and execution of all work and department goals meet our strategic and creative standards via a structured timeline. This role is on the front lines of daily project management and production, facilitating the workflow of innovative projects and managing these timelines from the initial brief through the final production release. The Marketing Project Manager will work within and manage assigned project management tools and facilitate print deadlines, proof approvals, and outputs with final print production partners. This role will work closely with the entire Callaway and Odyssey marketing team, including Ecomm and Callaway Media Partner teams, as well as cross-functional internal and external partners. The Marketing Project Manager makes decisions within the scope of current policies and procedures set by Marketing leadership and corporate design standards. Projects may include any of the company brands or partners as assigned.
