Director of Cottage Services - Fergus Falls
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable RN to Interim Director of Nursing Services to provide strong clinical leadership and operational support within our Assisted Living community. This temporary leadership role is ideal for a confident nursing professional who can step in, assess needs quickly, and ensure continuity of high-quality resident care during a transition period. This position will train for up to 3 months (depending on amount of time each week) and will cover for approximately 7 weeks. Will need to take call rotation.
