About The Position

‘Outgoing’ and ‘Extraverted’ is key for this position. If you like
being in the hub of Silver Dollar City during the summer and interacting with
guests then this job is perfect for you! This position is responsible for the
family games and activities and NEW evening Hoe Down in our brand-new festival
plaza.

This is a Seasonal position that begins 5/25/26 and ends 08/02/2026.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to follow basic oral and written directions.
• Must be genuinely friendly, caring, and outgoing. Must be able to get along with peers, employees, and guests.
• Responds promptly to customer needs
• Speaks clearly and persuasively

• Displays original thinking and creativity
• Able to work a flexible hourly schedule including holidays and weekends.
• The ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum
• The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
• The ability to perform choreographed actions related to performing frequently
• The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
• The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience within theme parks, theaters, professional, and/or amateur productions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in photo opportunities, skits, dance parties, games, and continually interact with guests in the plaza.
• Act as an E&E Ambassador of goodwill by creating an extraordinary and memorable experience ‘in character’ for our guests.
• Able to work a flexible hourly schedule including holidays and weekends.

• Be mindful of time in and time out of costume to ensure performer safety.
