About The Position

In this role you will… conceptualize and produce print ready and digital graphics—including layouts, UI elements, icons, infographics, and wall displays that align with brand guidelines, while also generating precise, annotated technical illustrations for manuals, training materials, and engineering documentation to ensure clarity for complex systems. You will plan, shoot, and edit video content such as business events, operations, hardware, and training tutorials using industry standard cameras and editing suites. In addition, you will design responsive web interfaces, interactive prototypes, and immersive experiences that meet usability standards and performance metrics, and you will support 3 D modeling workflows by cleaning up, optimizing, and integrating models into Unity or other real time environments. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with engineers, technicians, and product managers to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver cohesive visual storytelling across a wide array of digital platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graphic design principals: composition and layout, color theory, typography, balance, contrast, white space, print layout and preparation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, illustration, videography, and digital design.
Core software proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects).

Nice To Haves

Basic software knowledge: Substance Painter, 3 D packages (Blender, Maya), and real time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) or similar.
Understanding of 3 D modeling principles; ability to perform model cleanup, basic optimization, and engine integration.
Familiarity with real time development environments and scripting languages: C#, HTML, XML, JavaScript.
Proven project management capability: prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
Adaptability to emerging tools, trends, and interactive technologies to continuously raise deliverable quality.
Strong communication aptitude: produce concise design briefs, documentation, and technical illustrations; facilitate workshops and negotiate creative solutions that align with business goals.
