Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care medicine
  • Active Texas medical license with no restrictions
  • A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting
  • Ability to perform all technical skills in the ICU. Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients in the 40-bed comprehensive ICU
  • Medical, general surgical, thoracic surgical, vascular surgical, and neurological surgical patients
  • Ability to cite experience working collaboratively within the ICU with all team members and across the hospital.
