SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK Respond to clients who may have intensive behavioral health needs in the community. The purpose of this position is to reach out to individuals in the community, screen for needs, build rapport, connect to appropriate resources, and to provide intensive case management for a small caseload. Highly developed de-escalation, interpersonal and screening skills are critical, in addition to excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. This individual will have a high level of detail-orientation and a willingness work with individuals with complex needs. Specific project, program or office responsibilities may occur at this level. Compensation: between $20.92 and $24.96 per hour (wage is based on total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm, Friday - 8:30am to 2:30pm, 37.5 hours per week Click to see benefits and company perks
