About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO) analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO) with its Operational Planning, Implementation and Assessment Services Team. Location: on-site Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs CO. Role& Responsibilities: Act as an SME with situational awareness that enables rapid decision-making, improves current and long-term IO & IW planning and facilitates the synchronization of IO with CCMDs mission partners. Provide operational intelligence services that include the full range of intelligence functions to address Information Related Capabilities (IRC) requirements. Demonstrate the ability to deliver various intelligence reports and products enabling the Government in collecting, analyzing, disseminating, de-conflicting, and cataloguing actionable information on intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities. You will have the opportunity to: Process complex data sets, identify patterns, anticipate developments, and generate high-confidence assessments through innovative approaches. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: Gather and assess all-source information to inform all-domain planning, including Cyber, SOF/IW, PSYOP and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). Provide analysis and target development for complex theater, regional, and global issues in support of the USNORTHCOM J39 planning team. Perform a broad range of intelligence-driven assignments directly supporting planning and operations across dynamic and challenging problem sets. Conduct all levels of all-source analysis, production, and collaboration on finished intelligence products supporting sensitive command activities. Prepare information papers, decision briefs, and presentations to military and civilian stakeholders to inform IW planning and senior leader decision-making. Develop and recommend strategies to address gaps in collection and analytic capabilities. Research, evaluate, and fuse all-source reporting into actionable intelligence for operational planners. Apply knowledge of joint doctrine, Intelligence Community directives and enterprise instructions, and analytic tradecraft standards. Identify and facilitate implementation of intelligence support to sensitive activity capabilities within STO, SAP, and ACCM domains. Apply analytic methodologies to visualize and present insights to decision-makers. Support fellow analysts and planning teams by consolidating and presenting data into clear, displayable formats. Gather and assess all-source information to inform all-domain planning, including Cyber, SOF/IW, and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). Deliver post-mission analyses and historical reviews on operations conducted in support of SOF campaigns. Provide analytical support to target development (basic, intermediate, and advanced) and facilitation of targeting effects. Utilize tools such as MIDB, AIDP, reporting repositories, COLISEUM, CRATE, Thresher, and FADE MIST.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Intelligence (35 series) MOS, sister-service, or equivalent inter-agency training.
  • Experience supporting Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) directly.
  • 2+ years of experience with All-Source Analysis at the service or joint level, supporting operations with Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Component Commands, or Joint Task Forces
  • Understanding of research and analysis methodologies and theories supporting the entirety of the intelligence lifecycle.
  • Extensive use of tools specific to the end customer.
  • Experience conducting analysis of all and Open-source intelligence support to irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities in support of Information Operations.
  • Experience conducting all source intelligence gathering and reporting network analysis in support of network operations.
  • Experience with network development to identify people, relationships, and organizations related to hard target country emerging and disruptive technology, artificial intelligence, dual-use technology procurement, foreign intelligence actors, malign cyber actors, and biological warfare.
  • Expertise in analysis, production, and dissemination processes, including external agency coordination to facilitate the publication of intelligence records.
  • Knowledge of joint planning and targeting processes.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Intelligence Community Standards 203 and 206, as well as CJCSI 3370.01
  • Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience with demonstrated work experience within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Current U.S. Passport.
  • DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
