CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA Minimum Qualifications: 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of: Data governance Data architecture Data warehousing Data quality management Metadata management Data operations management Data discovery 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline Certifications / Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance Ability to obtain CI polygraph Special Qualifications / Duties: Provides data integration support across intelligence systems and environments Supports governance and management of data architecture and data lifecycle processes Facilitates interoperability and sharing of intelligence data across systems and organizations Develops and maintains SOPs and documentation related to integration activities Produces reports and briefings to communicate data integration efforts and outcomes
