About The Position

Intelligence Operations Planner The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an Intelligence Operations Planner, you use your spe cia lized technical, regional, functional, and military experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence operational planning products, analytic assessments, and training products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environments, and the impacts to support operations. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, ELINT, and more. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for internal clients, IC-wide customers, and senior policy makers. As the authority on intelligence operations your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in intelligence processes and application of emerging tools, and share your met hodologies with other analysts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with operations planning
  • Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process ( MCPP ) , Joint Planning Process ( JPP ) , or military planning processes such as the Military Decision Making Process or Rapid Response Planning Process
  • Knowledge of collection platforms, data processes, and operational impacts
  • Ability to develop planning and briefing materials for General Officer-level audiences
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in intelligence operations, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in intelligence operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Military Intelligence Officer or civilian equivalent
  • Experience supporting Service, COCOM, or Joint Service operations
  • Knowledge of emerging artifi cia l intelligence tools
