Intelligence Management Specialist, Senior The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an Intelligence Management Specialist, you use your specialized intelligence experience and attention to detail to collaborate and coordinate across various teams and offices to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment and operational requirements. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like intelligence and collections management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

• Experience managing tasks and requirements, or serving as an Action Officer
• Experience working in joint environments
• Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoD, and partners
• Ability to facilitate planning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 12+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting military directorates
• Experience with knowledge management or creating and implementing SOPs
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
