As an Intelligence Management Specialist, you use your specialized intelligence experience, targeting background, and attention to detail to collaborate and coordinate across various teams and offices to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an Intelligence Management Specialist on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment and operational requirements. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • Experience working in joint environments
  • Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle
  • Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoD, and partners
  • Ability to facilitate planning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience in joint targeting, intelligence, or intelligence analysis
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Graduate of the Joint Targeting School
