Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Intelligence Management Specialist- Personnel Management to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Requirements Description: Shall perform, document, and track the following personnel management tasks: Conducts research for the J21 government personnel to develop and execute space intelligence enterprise military and civilian manning requirements across DoD and the Intelligence Community. Assesses the impacts of all civilian personnel actions affecting readiness posture. Review and report on J21 workforce activities for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Ensures official records are correctly maintained for contract personnel and military and civilian personnel. Shall ensure all timelines and due dates for J21 official reporting and correspondence are met daily. Government personnel will be responsible for all final manpower policies, decisions, and personnel actions the Contractor supports.

Requirements

  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one
  • 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrates proficiencies and in-depth knowledge of DIA/ Office of Human Resources processes and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
