Requirements

  • Clearance: Top Secret with the ability to obtain additional accesses within DoD and IC; CI polygraph required
  • Sensor Knowledge: Minimum of eight years’ experience with imagery sensors and analysis
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Intelligence
  • Team Leadership: Experience with mentoring analysts and engineers and competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Communication: Proficient ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

Nice To Haves

  • Military Knowledge: Understanding of Air Force and Combatant Command organizations and operations
  • Experienced with Software: Proficiency in Microsoft software (i.e. Power Point, Excel, etc.). Knowledge and experience in using DoD/IC standard ISR product exploitation and reporting tools.
  • Program Management: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects.
  • SIGINT & Targeting Background: Understanding of signal intelligence and targeting operations
  • Operational Experience: Understanding of military intelligence issues worldwide

Responsibilities

  • Integration of ISR sensors, systems and software in support of DoD and Intelligence organizations, Combatant Commands and Air Operations Centers.
  • Advise government organizations on changes and improvements to systems, software and architecture.
  • Train analysts on sensors and software designed for imagery and GMTI exploitation (i.e. MAAS, SOCET GXP, MOVINT Client).
  • Coordinate analytic support for missions across as many as twenty different organizations, worldwide.
  • Manage and test networks for imagery dissemination across the enterprise.
