About The Position

The purpose of this position is to spread the message of the restored Church of Jesus Christ around the world. This is accomplished in part through the creation of engaging, unified messaging with greater reach and efficiency. Church messages are delivered via television, film, web, print, mobile, social media, and other delivery channels in multiple languages. We always seek new, improved, and more innovative ways to bring the world unto Christ. The purpose of this full-time position is to support the work of The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, whose mission is to create music that inspires people throughout the world to draw closer to the Divine and feel God’s love for His children. The Choir’s current key objectives are to be more intentional in missionary work, be more visible in the world, reflect the Church’s worldwide mission and membership, and use technology to extend the Choir’s reach. Overview This career-level position supports the Choir office staff and marketing team by serving as the primary liaison between The Tabernacle Choir and key legal and administrative partners. The role ensures clear coordination, timely submissions, and consistent follow-through on matters related to intellectual property, music licensing, and contracts (i.e. venues and volunteer performer agreements), while also providing operational support across marketing initiatives Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
