About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Specialists to provide individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The organization focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive. As a Program Specialist, you will lead and support team members through collaboration, coaching, and skills development to address the social, emotional, and environmental needs of supported individuals. This role involves coordinating, developing, and implementing various assessments, individual support plans, behavior support plans, and plans containing restrictions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism OR Master’s degree and one (1) year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
  • Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities
