About The Position

HP Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Intel Marketing Program Manager to drive our strategic direction and optimize marketing investments with Intel. This role combines broad strategic oversight with specific responsibilities to manage critical communications and operationalization of Intel’s global GTM Fund Program. You'll be instrumental in shaping our company's future by transforming Intel’s Sales and Marketing Guidelines into understandable, compliant, and executable joint marketing activities and drive alignment among HP’s Marketing Alliance stakeholders and Intel’s marketing account team, regularly providing visibility at the executive level . You'll govern the overall Program, managing Intel brand communications, escalations & exceptions, training and provide guidance as the Programs’ subject matter expert. You'll work with the larger, Marketing Alliance team leads to facilitate Quarterly Marketing Reviews, drive effective product launches, and ensure our joint strategy remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. This role demands a unique blend of strategic foresight, negotiation expertise, and strong relationship management skills.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong business acumen; experienced in comprehending and simplifying guidelines/requirements and explaining options and implications.
  • High proficiency with standard Office tools.
  • Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments and forge strong partnerships across organizations (internal and external to HP) to achieve optimal results in complex programs.
  • Comfortable operating effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Ability to drive progress and adapt effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working under pressure, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines, operating independently with minimal guidance, and exercising extreme ownership for projects and results.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, including project structuring, timing and managing multiple work streams independently.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and executive communication skills.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Development: Provide thought leadership about how to strategically advance the partnership and contribute to expanding the Intel GTM Fund Program knowledge base.
  • Business & Financial Optimization: Formulate recommendations to optimize Intel GTM Fund Program availability and utilization.
  • Project & Team Management: Oversee Marketing Alliance Stakeholder team, manage communications, and ensure timely project delivery. Develop project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Consultation & Collaboration: Advise on Intel brand strategy execution and growth opportunities. Foster cross-organizational collaboration to align strategy and direction.
  • Enable overall GTM Fund Program T&Cs, Guidelines and Playbook translating the complex into the executable .
  • Manage escalations and updates to the T&Cs, Guidelines and Playbook, providing guidance and training .
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing Alliance Stakeholders in Marketing, GBU, Operations and Category to ensure alignment of joint priorities and marketing plans.
  • Communicate and ensure comprehension of Intel logo and brand updates and requirements to Marketing Alliance Leads.
  • Drive on-going process improvement to optimize co-investment understanding and utilization.
