We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Integrations Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing firm integrations and between accounting platforms and third-party systems (such as CRMs, payroll platforms, expense management tools, etc.). This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration.
