About The Position

MRC Global serves the oil and gas industry across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors as well as the chemical and gas distribution market sectors worldwide. Job Purpose Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.

Requirements

Any combination of requirements that provide the knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered.
High school diploma plus a two-year college degree, or a high school diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office
Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products , and the ability to learn MRC-specific software
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high-level support
Demonstrate excellent customer service
50% travel
Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status
Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries
Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects
Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities
Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis
Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities
Follow up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on time
Monitor the performance of projects post-implementation
Perform other duties and/or projects assigned
Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others
R eport workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately
