About The Position

Join Plotline as an early Integrations Engineer in North America and play a hands-on role in executing customer integrations as we expand internationally. You will work side-by-side with enterprise client teams to implement, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with Plotline’s platform. You’ll be the main technical contact during setup, focusing on efficient delivery, rapid issue resolution, and excellent customer experience. Collaboration with product, engineering, solutions architects, and customer success will be key to driving integration delivery excellence.

Requirements

2+ years experience as an Integrations Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer (preferably in SaaS/enterprise software)
Demonstrated experience integrating with APIs, SDKs, and/or app platforms
Hands-on engineering experience with enterprise clients
Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring cloud platforms, REST APIs, SDKs, and modern integration tools
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills; comfortable with live technical problem resolution
Customer Focus: Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences; eagerness to serve as the trusted point of contact
Process-Oriented: Detail-oriented, organized, with a passion for documentation and repeatable processes
Team-Oriented: Collaborative and proactive with cross-functional partners
Agile: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

Integration Implementation
Execute hands-on configuration and implementation of Plotline with enterprise apps, backends, and APIs
Collaborate with customer engineers to ensure all technical requirements are met
Provide technical guidance on using Plotline’s SDKs, APIs, and platform capabilities
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during the integration process
Customer Support & Communication
Lead technical calls, integration workshops, and check-ins through implementation
Maintain clear documentation of integration steps and outcomes
Offer proactive communication, updates, and guidance to client teams during initial ramp
Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with product, engineering, solutions architects, and support to resolve integration challenges and escalate issues where needed
Contribute to internal resources and playbooks to refine integration best practices
