About The Position

As an Imaging Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration for enterprise-level customers and McLeod Software’s document imaging and management system designed specifically for the transportation industry. In this role, you will support customer installations and upgrades, coordinate integration efforts with vendor partners, and assist in identifying software scalability challenges and resolutions. This position includes occasional travel to customer sites to provide training and guidance on software functionality and best practices, helping customers to maximize the value of their McLeod solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys hands-on system work, customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering enterprise-level software solutions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience providing technical or software/hardware support required or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience providing technical or software/hardware support or required.
  • Previous experience training customers or end-users.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of SQL required.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and resolving software and system performance issues.
  • Provide proactive support focused on system stability, scalability, and long-term success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering responsive remote customer support
  • Provide remote and onsite customer training for individuals and large groups
  • Collaborate with third-party integration vendors and support implementations
  • Support new vendor implementations in partnership with the product team
  • Test modifications to integration modules to ensure reliability and performance
  • Assist the Sales team by providing technical insight for time/task-based estimates
  • Contribute to creation of internal and customer-facing documentation
  • Travel up to 25%, including occasional weekend travel for onsite customer training; provide occasional weekend, after-hours support as needed
