About The Position

As an Integration Manager, you'll get the opportunity to manage a queue of Salesforce work orders to drive payroll integration projects with our clients and their payroll providers. Ensure timely, accurate, and secure integrations through file testing. Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and consultatively with clients, payroll providers, other external vendors, and our internal business partners, including client onboarding and client service team members. Demonstrate the aptitude to learn payroll processes and procedures and understand the cross functional impact of payroll on other retirement processes. Manage a queue of work orders to drive new EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations between Principal’s recordkeeping systems and client payroll systems. Provide maintenance, research and troubleshooting for existing EDI integrations. Deliver concierge level customer service and effective change management practices to ensure a smooth and accurate setup. Demonstrate the aptitude to learn and effectively use internal systems and processes. Be able to have conversations with clients, their payroll providers, and our internal business partners to deliver effective payroll solutions. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required, and 6+ years of related work experience.
  • Have advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be able to demonstrate competency & proficiency with advanced data manipulation & analysis with Microsoft Excel and other similar tools.
  • Balance working independently with working in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Have working knowledge of business processes, financial service products and systems. Knowledge of retirement plans and products preferred.
  • A good understanding of related accounting and record-keeping processes preferred.
