About The Position

Integration Lead - ATLO (Assembly, Test, & Launch Operations) - Millennium Space Systems Company: Millennium Space Systems Millennium Space Systems, a part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), is a fast, agile small satellite company focused on national security space. We are seeking an Integration Lead (ATLO) to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job is Production Ops Spec. Our Team is currently hiring for a level 3.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, minimum of 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-component system integrations in large-scale projects
  • Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure technical alignment throughout the integration process
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • A U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and Verbal Communications
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
  • Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
  • Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
  • Conducts staffing and cost analyses
  • Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
  • Represents manufacturing on production related issues
