What You Will Do: As an Engineer II within our Engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain reliable, secure, scalable integrations between our award-winning SaaS solution and our customers. These real-time or batched integrations involve functions such as file manipulation, API calls, SQL query execution, and script execution. This role requires strong problem-solving, automation, and cloud infrastructure expertise. Your work includes implementing effective monitoring and automation and diagnosing technical issues across evolving environments. As these integrations support customer workflows directly, they are critical to the stability of our client services and are a core part of the value we provide. Your impact will be central to project success and ongoing technical team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
