About The Position

You will be responsible for managing project progress, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customers. Your organized and proactive approach will help you navigate challenges and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations.

Requirements

University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
5+ years of experience in project initiation and tailoring.
5+ years of experience tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
5+ years of experience in requirements review and tracking.
5+ years of experience in management for systems or software delivery programs.
Excellent communication and briefing skills.
Strong team-building skills and the ability to integrate across large, complex organizations.
Experience with program management, readiness reviews, and governance boards.
Experience conducting technical exchange meetings.
Proven experience working in team environments.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using SharePoint.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph
