About The Position

This critical role consults with business stakeholders and other project to members to mold the Cutter & Buck vision in to integration solutions to increase revenue & optimize internal productivity. Success in the role requires demonstrated aptitude in these core competencies: C#, Blazor, SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS). A successful integration developer would also demonstrate creativity, discipline & judgment in planning & estimating work to accomplish deadlines on time and within budget. Work will usually be project based but ongoing maintenance is some percentage of the job up to and including hotfixes. The ideal candidate will also be able to show some documentation of their prior work and be able to outline their strategies for testing.

Requirements

  • Working technical knowledge, encompassing these technologies preferred: SQL 2012/2017/2019 Git / azure dev ops / Teams Develop web applications as well as desktop and console applications on various platforms. mastery of multiple programming languages, C# / .net core / Blazor / ASP.NET Web APIs Microsoft Office Microsoft IIS Server Administration.
  • Experience with system integrations and associated dependencies.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Must have exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • BS/BA degree in related field such as Information Systems, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
  • Implementation/integration experience required.
  • GitHub or equivalent work samples required as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Process owners/Business Analysts to develop & enhance applications
  • Data: Manage data sources to effectively repurpose data
  • Change Control: Follow proper change management processes and communicate upcoming work to customers and team members.
  • Testing: Develop test plans for new development and program changes. Conduct testing, and document results.
  • Documentation: Create new, and update existing, documentation pertaining to appropriate activities and processes.
  • Teamwork: Effectively work in a team-environment where roles and responsibilities often cross inter-departmental areas. Ability to contribute in a collaborative work environment.
  • Actively participate in strategic discussions and planning for the development of solutions to address business needs.
  • Willingness to learn new programming languages and tools.
  • Keep abreast of IT advancements, industry trends, development and support methodologies, and best practices and apply them to the job as appropriate.
  • Serve as backup for other IT staff when they are not available utilizing documentation and other resources as needed.
  • Primarily collaborate directly with business groups on business-led projects.
  • Collaborates with other members of IT on larger cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborates with business leaders & program managers to translate business need in to spec & spec in to code.
