Coordinate and support integration efforts for new route and branch acquisitions. Conduct diligence calls with sellers to understand all aspects of their businesses and pass along key operations, personnel, and administrative details to internal teams. Collaborate with Operations, HR, Fleet, Finance, and Legal to align processes and resolve integration issues. Manage vendor setup, utilities, licensing, and uniform orders for new locations and brands. Assist with data migration and ensure consistency across systems. Prepare materials for employee announcements and branch onboarding. Provide post-acquisition support to branches and facilitate communication between branches, support team, and sellers.
