About The Position

Guided by our vision to create financial solutions that make lives better, we are seeking an Integration Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise system integrations, conversions, and data migrations across our core financial and enterprise application ecosystem. Reporting to the AVP of Digital Solutions, the Integration Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology transitions that support business operations, member experience, and long‑term strategic objectives. This role partners closely with IS leadership, business units, and third‑party vendors to design and execute integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards. What you will need to be successful: Enterprise Integration & Conversion Expertise: Proven ability to design, lead, and execute complex system integrations, core conversions, and data migrations. Strong understanding of data integrity, system dependencies, and minimizing operational disruption during transitions. Experience integrating core financial systems and third‑party vendor solutions in a regulated environment. Strategic & Architectural Alignment: Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to develop, maintain, and execute a technology roadmap aligned with organizational strategy. Skilled in evaluating system capabilities, identifying gaps, and designing scalable, sustainable integration solutions that meet business needs. Project Leadership & Delivery: Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional projects with strong planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Ability to prioritize work across multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on enterprise objectives and timelines. Technical Standards & Documentation: Experience establishing and maintaining technical standards for newly integrated technologies. Ability to document integration processes, conversion methodologies, lessons learned, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and future initiatives. Mentorship & Collaboration: Proven ability to mentor and provide task oversight to analysts and administrators, fostering consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Comfortable providing guidance, removing roadblocks, and supporting professional development of team members. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and third‑party vendors.

Requirements

  • Eight to ten years of experience directly related to credit union or financial services technology (or at least 15 years of directly related experience in a non-financial environment).
  • Extensive experience with enterprise system integrations, vendor implementations, and data migrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management of information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Equivalent experience considered).
