About The Position

Join Unimarket as an Application Integration Analyst Full-time | Remote (US based) | Monday–Friday | Occasional travel The Unimarket Application Integration Analyst reports to the Head of Integration for Unimarket Global and manages technical writing and scoping aspects of delivering the Unimarket solution integrations for new and existing customers. This includes system configuration, integration with customer systems, documentation of such configuration and integration, test use case scenarios, project handoff documentation, and technical support knowledge transfer for customer and Unimarket Support staff. This is a remote role, so you’ll need a quiet workspace and reliable internet. We’re committed to supporting flexible work and helping our team thrive wherever they are.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with the implementation of SaaS solutions and integration of such solutions to ERP, finance and other third-party solutions
  • Experience in common integration and database languages such as SQL, XML, JSON, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a “hands-on, make it happen” environment
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused
  • You must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • A police and credit record check will be required as part of the process.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in procurement, accounting or with relevant technology is a plus
  • Experience in higher education ecosystem is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Implement customer integrations on time and in accordance with the Statement of Work.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources critical to successful projects, as well as work closely with all aspects of the business, such as the implementation project manager, support, customer success management, and development/technical teams.
  • Assist customers with test plans, testing acceptance criteria, and knowledge transfer to guide them through the testing process of their integrations.
  • Manage integration aspects of project documentation (Specifications, Process flows, Test Plans, Etc.)
  • Act as an escalation point within Unimarket for integration issues or questions.
  • Work with customers through their implementation journey, including building good relationships while delivering high service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective advice.
  • Provide technical guidance to the Project Management, Support and Sales team in authoring/reviewing new project statements of work.
  • Manage integration process documentation internally for Unimarket.
  • Document and participate in testing new product enhancements and solutions related to Unimarket ability to integrate with channel related systems (ERPs, Work Order Systems, Etc.)
  • Support the Implementation Project Manager in the Project Management tools as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and perform other duties as requested.
  • Travel to visit customers and to attend Unimarket events.
