  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or systems integration projects in a financial services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear documentation, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Experience working with operations functions such as data processing, programming, and tabulation, with the ability to coordinate activities across these workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve integration approaches, processes, and documentation for greater consistency and scalability.
