About The Position

BuildWitt is looking for a sharp, organized, and highly platform-fluent Platform Strategist + Project Manager to help scale Aaron Witt’s personal brand and content ecosystem across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X. This role is for someone who lives for the data and loves the creative game, someone who can spot patterns, identify what’s working, implement and create trends, propose new experiments, and then actually make sure the content gets posted. You’ll be a key driver behind our publishing cadence, performance insights, and platform strategy, helping the team stay aligned, consistent, and constantly improving. If you’re the type of person who gets excited by analytics dashboards, A/B testing hooks, and optimizing thumbnails like it’s a sport…we want you!

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of YouTube packaging (titles/thumbnails), and the differences between YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram behavior.
  • Highly organized and naturally process-driven, you love building systems that make teams move faster.
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics and translating them into creative decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to give clear direction, feedback, and updates.
  • Passion for content, storytelling, and modern media.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with tools like Monday, Notion, Airtable, Frame.io, Google Drive workflows, Slack, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, etc.
  • 2–5+ years in social media strategy, creator marketing, digital content operations, or platform analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor performance across all of Aaron Witt’s platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X).
  • Identify what content formats, topics, and narratives are performing best and why.
  • Translate insights into clear creative recommendations for the team (new formats, new series ideas, new perspectives).
  • Bring forward weekly platform updates with actionable takeaways, not just numbers.
  • Study the broader creator and business landscape to keep Aaron’s content ahead of trends (without constantly chasing trends).
  • Propose and manage ongoing testing: Titles, thumbnails, hooks, captions, and posting cadence
  • Content structure, length, pacing, and format
  • Cross-posting strategies and platform-native adjustments
  • Run light A/B testing across copy variations and creative packaging.
  • Maintain a library of what’s working, what’s not, and what we’ve learned.
  • Help manage the content pipeline across Aaron Witt’s creative team.
  • Ensure content is properly tracked, reviewed, finalized, scheduled, and posted.
  • Keep publishing organized across platforms with clear systems and accountability.
  • Coordinate with creatives to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean calendar that aligns production, posting, and campaign priorities.
  • Work closely with Aaron and the creative team to help shape series, content arcs, and platform priorities.
  • Help organize content into repeatable systems (so we’re not reinventing the wheel all of the time).
  • Organize and support brainstorming sessions with clear platform-specific recommendations.
