About The Position

As an Integrated Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee marketing project management and the development of creative assets for the organization. This includes supervising the design and photography teams, managing the annual marketing calendar, and leading hands‑on campaign execution—all with the ongoing goal of driving traffic to both our showrooms and website.

Requirements

  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with branding, marketing, or advertising campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proficiency with marketing related platforms (e.g. Social Media Platforms, CRM tools such as Bloomreach, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Wrike)
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising or Business
  • 3+ Years managing direct reports
  • 5+ Years Marketing experience, preferably in the furniture industry

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Oversee creative projects from concept to final delivery ensuring work meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, merchandising, communications, sales and external vendors by facilitating meeting and communicating project requirements and deadlines to key stake holders
  • Master and leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiencies through process improvement in both marketing and cross-functional enterprise workflows
  • Maintain year over year Marketing Calendar
  • Maintain creative vision and brand identity
  • Lead and inspire designers and other creative team members
  • Conduct physical store visits to assess campaign execution and ensure initiatives are resonating with customers, demonstrating a strong customer‑centric mindset.
  • Review and approve designs, campaigns, and content to ensure brand and advertising standards are met, disclaimers are accurate and merchandising standards are followed
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and cultural influences
  • Present concepts to senior leadership
  • Assist AVP in developing ongoing strategy and various tests and measuring results/impact
  • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns
  • Manage files and campaign documentation
  • Complete ticket system requests from stores and other departments
  • Manage and optimize social media, SMS, email campaigns, and front end website development projects
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Supporting communications including leadership announcements and updates, company initiatives, and projects
  • Plan, manage, and oversee on-site corporate events such as recognition events, company celebrations, and philanthropic endeavors internally and externally.
  • Prepare POP for store distribution
  • Manage Designers and in-house Photographer
