About The Position

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be the operational heartbeat of the marketing team. They will be responsible for project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with a deep understanding of marketing workflows across digital, social, creative, and influencer-driven campaigns. This role supports brand marketing initiatives in both the U.S. and abroad. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Account/project management experience within a creative, brand, or agency environment.
  • Experience managing partnerships and timelines for large-scale campaigns or talent deals.
  • Familiarity with social media reporting, paid media metrics, and listening tools (Sprout, Brandwatch, META business suite, etc.).
  • Comfort with juggling multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, plans, and budgets in collaboration with marketing, creative, and agency partners.
  • Break down campaigns into actionable tasks to assign.
  • Maintain and update brand marketing planning documents for brand rollouts, seasonal campaigns, social launches, agency briefs, partnerships & activations, and new product go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure alignment, briefing, and deadline adherence across teams (brand, digital, creative, influencer, experiential).
  • Collaborate across the U.S. and Australian marketing teams to manage timelines, task flow, and integrated execution.
  • Manage projects related to go-to market product launches, social & seasonal campaigns, digital campaigns, photo / video shoots, Australia brand planning & partnerships.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact across partnerships & internal agency partners, assisting and providing timelines and feedback to drive execution on projects.
  • Track and manage partnership timelines, deliverables, review cycles, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and collaboration across legal, creative, media, and agency teams.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators across social, digital, and brand share-of-voice efforts.
  • Build internal reporting tools to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with brand, social, creative, and field teams to develop monthly/quarterly reports.
