About The Position

The Integrated Marketing Manager, Canada is the cross-functional owner of all Canadian marketing execution. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Operations – Canada, with oversight from the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing, this role localizes global marketing strategy, executes Canada-specific tactics, and ensures that campaigns, content, and messaging reflect the unique characteristics of the Canadian market. This is an individual-contributor role functioning like a startup environment: hands-on, versatile, and able to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of broad marketing experience across digital, CRM, or content.
  • Comfort operating as the “local marketing owner” without a direct team.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • French language ability is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt U.S. marketing campaigns for the Canadian market, including copy, messaging, product positioning, and EN/FR-CA content where applicable.
  • Manage the Canada marketing calendar; coordinate timing with U.S. performance, lifecycle, and brand teams.
  • Build and execute Canada-specific B2B email campaigns for current and prospective dealers.
  • “Canada-fy” existing creative assets by collaborating with the creative team weekly on localized versions.
  • Prepare specifications for Canada landing pages, product pages, and promotional banners on Shopify.
  • Partner bi-monthly with the U.S. performance team on geo-targeting and tactical ad setup.
  • Coordinate as-needed with U.S. lifecycle on DTC localization and B2B sends.
  • Produce regionalized dealer one-pagers, sales enablement kits, and sell-in decks.
  • Support dealers bi-monthly with marketing advice, content access, or regional merchandising needs.
  • Lead Canadian event execution in partnership with the U.S. events team, including logistics, promotion, and booth collateral.
  • Manage weekly reporting for Canadian traffic, sales, paid performance, and dealer metrics.
  • Recommend incremental adjustments to improve performance at the regional level.
