Shopkick is on a mission to bring delight and reward to the consumer shopping experience. As part of the Trax Retail family, we are looking to accelerate our growth trajectory as we partner with major brands and retailers to transform how people engage with stores and products—both online and in the physical world. Our Integrated Marketing Associate will play an essential role in supporting our CRM and lifecycle programs, and integrated seasonal campaigns that engage, retain, and reactivate Shopkick users. You’ll help execute campaigns that bring our community back into the app through email, push, and in-app messaging—creating personalized experiences that drive loyalty and long-term value. This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of creativity, data, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with the CRM, Growth, Sales, and Creative teams to build, launch, and measure campaigns that make every user interaction meaningful.
