About The Position

The B2B Integrated Marketer is a pivotal component of the firm’s growth strategy, sitting within the Marketing Team. Collaborating closely with marketing team specialists, Sales, and directly with businesses across the firm, the role will be responsible for deploying integrated marketing to support growth goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketing and sales process for corporate and institutional target audiences. The right candidate will create cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, thought leadership, and measurable impact. This role is designed for a resourceful self-starter who is both strategic and tactical, and has a deep understanding of the B2B buyer.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B integrated marketing.
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build brand awareness through strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • An understanding of the complexities of B2B decision making and sales cycles.
  • Ability to understand and market to the c-suite and board audiences.
  • Experience with venture capital marketing and workplace solutions is a plus.
  • Strong content development, messaging and storytelling skills.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns with measurable results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, resourcefully, and creatively in a lean marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in a growing, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute on annual marketing plans for each Cerity Partners B2B practices.
  • Develop buyer personas, content, messaging, and omni-channel distribution for the OCIO, Workplace, Corporate Venture Capital, Retirement Plan Consulting, Custodial Referral, and M&A businesses.
  • Deploy a deep understanding of each business and its inherent marketing and business development needs.
  • Generate trusted and proactive relationships with business leads.
  • Own and manage budgets in line with resources and growth goals.
  • Work with the Content Team to ideate and craft compelling, high-value content to engage B2B audiences.
  • Own and refine engagement and nurture strategies to create brand presence and awareness.
  • Work closely with the Digital Team on SEO, paid media, and social media marketing to expand reach.
  • Present reports and progress toward goals to the CMO and business leadership.
  • Own and manage any B2B-focused social channels.
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for earned media, partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements that enhance brand credibility.
  • Coordinate and manage webinars, events, and other experiential tactics.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact across business lines.
  • Continually generate creative marketing ideas to test and learn for growth.
