About The Position

You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency. How you will contribute You will: Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. Requirements

  • Experience implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience in change management processes
  • Logical thinking and capacity to influence
  • Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity
  • continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager
  • HS Diploma Required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating under a TPM program
  • Minimum 5 years leading TPM programs in a manufacturing setting
  • Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions
  • Proven success record of TPM implementation and significant OEE improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Strongly Preferred) (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical)
  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred)
  • TPM (total productive maintenance) (JIPM) certification (Preferred)
  • 6-sigma black belt certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions. (Preferred)
  • CPG or pharma experience (highly preferred)
  • Success record of TPM implementation and leadership in a manufacturing setting, achieving phase progression
