WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO: - Provide leadership and oversight for outpatient integrated care services, ensuring high-quality, coordinated behavioral health care - Supervise, coach, and support clinicians and other team members, including conducting regular supervision and completing staff evaluations - Guide and support the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team - Coordinate care across providers and community resources to ensure individuals receive comprehensive, integrated services - Assist with clinical assessments, admissions, and discharge planning as needed - Support the team in providing therapeutic and educational programming for individuals receiving services - Ensure compliance with documentation standards and maintain accurate, confidential health records - Monitor program performance indicators such as caseload utilization and service authorization requirements - Provide consultation and expertise to staff, community partners, and treatment teams regarding behavioral health services - Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that supports staff development, accountability, and high-quality care - Help individuals access appropriate services and resources as they move through treatment and transition toward recovery - Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families working toward improved mental health and stability ABOUT CENTERPOINTE For more than 52 years, CenterPointe has been a leader in providing holistic, person-centered care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
