About The Position

Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that presents school system data in a clear, accessible, and actionable format. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that help schools identify growth areas, set measurable goals, and improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling.
• 8+ years of experience working with low-code platforms.
• 5+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools, including Power BI.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience with Qualtrics.
• 1+ year of experience with Smartsheet.
• 1+ year of experience working with state agencies, education sector, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze school system data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations to help identify priorities and drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics, or similar tools) to display key performance data and collect progress updates.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools that centralize data and provide easy-to-understand visualizations for stakeholders.
• Build automated systems (forms, surveys, applications) that collect, organize, and present data efficiently for both school systems and agency staff.
• Analyze statutory and compliance-related data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps and redundancies.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for aligning plan requirements and reducing duplication.
• Design and maintain scoring tools, trackers, and Excel-based scorecards to review applications, measure progress, and monitor results over time.
