The Integrated Digital Communications Manager will support the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing by driving the execution, coordination, and optimization of Hard Rock Stadium’s end-to-end digital communications across paid media and lifecycle marketing channels. This role will act as a strategic execution partner, translating data into insights, insights into recommendations, and recommendations into action across email, SMS, push notifications, web/app messaging, and paid media touchpoints. The role will focus on database growth, segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement, while preparing executive-ready insights that clearly connect communications activity to revenue, ticket sales, and fan engagement across Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium. This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
