About The Position

The Integrated Communications Graphic Designer plays a key part in shaping how our client shows up visually across internal, external, and customer-facing channels. This role reports into the Director of Corporate Communications (Integrated Communications) and works across corporate communications, customer communications, and social media to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to all visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develops engaging visuals for presentations, newsletters, digital content, and social channels
  • Creates on-brand graphics, templates, and layouts to support both internal and external communications
  • Translates business priorities into simple, clear, and compelling visual narratives
  • Ensures all creative work is polished, consistent, and aligned with our client's brand and strategic direction
  • Stays ahead of social media trends and can quickly and proactively turn trending moments into polished, ready-to-post creative content from start to finish
  • Brings proactive thinking, urgency, and strong trend awareness to every assignment
  • Designs creative assets for leadership forums, employee storytelling, all hands meetings, and major enterprise updates
  • Produces external-facing graphics for press, social media, and owned platforms
  • Supports customer communications with visuals that reinforce loyalty, retention, and product understanding
  • Brings new ideas and forward-looking concepts to the table before they are requested
  • Benchmarks best-in-class brands and creative work to elevate Optimum’s visual identity
  • Works with speed and agility while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Collaborates closely with communications, marketing, and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across platforms
  • Partners with comms, social, and production teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns
  • Steps in wherever needed to help projects land strong and on time
