More info at Akidolabs.com. We're looking for a talented graphic designer to own our marketing and brand materials as we scale. This is a part-time role focused entirely on visual design execution - think pitch decks, marketing collateral, social media assets, website updates, and brand consistency across all external touchpoints. You'll work directly with our Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life. This is perfect for someone who loves crafting beautiful, on-brand visuals and wants flexibility while contributing to a mission-driven healthcare company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with B2B or healthcare tech exposure
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, marketing materials, and visual storytelling
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time/priorities
  • Fast turnaround capability - startup pace with high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Motion graphics or basic video editing skills

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, and event collateral
  • Create social media graphics, email templates, and digital campaign assets
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as we grow
  • Design presentation decks for fundraising, partnerships, and internal use
  • Support website visual updates and landing page designs
  • Collaborate on brand refresh initiatives and visual identity development
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
