The Scaled Comms and Escalations (SCE) organization provides support to all YouTube users – viewers, paid users and subscribers, and creators, artists and media companies globally, through a variety of scaled support platforms across Social, Help Center, Product Forum, and YouTube Help Channels. We are the brand's voice on social and community channels, actively shaping public discourse, fostering community growth, and scaling support. Simultaneously, we protect brand reputation and user safety through direct outreach and expert escalation management for sensitive and security-related issues. As an Integrated Comms Manager for YouTube GTMO (Go-to-Market Operations), you will be a strategic individual contributor responsible for executing the communication strategy for Scaled Comms and Escalations, reporting directly to the SCE Comms Strategy and Incubation Lead. You will serve as a horizontal communications leader across organizations and functions, ensuring a consistent brand tone and voice while developing long-term, multi-platform communications strategies for complex issues across various channels. Acting as a key liaison to cross-functional partners, you will define joint communications strategies for highly complex and highly urgent support escalations, and provide channel-agnostic leadership to determine the most effective communications for timely, brand-impacting initiatives.
