The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in an analyst, management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Experience in consumer internet and media industries.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner-level and category-level data to equip partner managers with actionable insights for partner acquisition and activation.
  • Execute and coordinate programs with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive merchant campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.
  • Prepare data-backed business cases to assist strategic partner managers in partner negotiations.
  • Manage the ground-level execution of pilots and experiments, including participant selection and data collection.
