About The Position

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process Leader is responsible for the effective execution, continuous improvement, and adoption of the IBP process across GDEP. This role facilitates strategic alignment between demand, supply, finance, and portfolio plans to support data-driven decision-making and the achievement of company objectives. The IBP Process Leader oversees the planning calendar, facilitates key meetings, ensures timely and accurate reporting, and acts as a critical liaison between cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct reports but leads cross-functional teams and working groups as part of the Integrated Reconciliation Review (IRR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) process. Coordinates with Product, Demand, Supply, and Finance stakeholders. Influences stakeholders and drives accountability in process execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in integrating input from multiple functions into concise, actionable plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and process management abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Ollie A) is a plus.
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience fostering consensus and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, demand/supply planning, S&OP, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational planning processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Class A IBP principles or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly Integrated Reconciliation Review and facilitate the Monthly Business Review (MBR).
  • Prepare and publish the MBR deck at least 48 hours before the meeting and document key decisions and follow-ups within 48 hours after.
  • Brief the President/Chairman on the MBR content, critical decisions, and open issues 24 hours prior to the meeting.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month calendar of IBP process meetings.
  • Ensure alignment across demand, supply, finance, and product plans to meet strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on process KPIs, bias, forecast accuracy, and planning gaps.
  • Serve as the process owner for IBP tools and ensure all required data inputs (e.g., via Ollie A) are accurate and timely.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure clarity and alignment of financials across all scenarios.
  • Lead annual assessments of the IBP process and ensure Class A Capable standards are met and maintained.
  • Support functional leaders in identifying and resolving planning gaps, imbalances, and systemic issues.
  • Provide analytical support to improve the quality and timeliness of planning data and reports.
  • Facilitate adoption of the IBP process across the organization by driving understanding, accountability, and engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic reviews of GDEP’s goals and ensure planning aligns with broader business objectives.
